Cyber, Modern Primitive, Techno - it was getting hard (and more importantly, probably pointless if not counterproductive) to fit people into labelled subcultures. Whatever - if anything - she might have called herself this young lady worked in the TUSK body piercing and tattoo studio in London's Covent Garden. I love the way that, like so many of the female streetstyles of 90s and 00s Japan, you have this juxtaposition of the 'primitive' and the extraterrestrial - very post modern this.
