My father's father Russell Polhemus in his bungalow on 9th Ave, Neptune City, US, in his 80s or even 90s perhaps. He believed that the secret of along life was to expose yourself to fresh air as little as possible and, it must be said, he outlived both his children and his wife. Famously, at his wife's funeral he apparently said to his son, my father 'Charles it's terrible - first my dog dies and now my wife'.
